At Cae Nant we also offer accommodation for horses, so if you are looking for a holiday with your horse where you can enjoy beautiful views and ride off road for miles, this might be for you.

We are blessed with miles of off-road riding right on our doorstep! The entrance to Cae Nant opens straight onto a bridle way which leads to many lovely quiet country lanes and more links to other local bridle ways. There is a beautiful ride along the rivers edge which will take you to Dolanog with plenty of places for a picnic along the way. We also have a woodland ride down the road just 10 minutes away on horse back, plenty of opportunities for a blast up the tracks under the canopy of trees. Just a little further on is a beautiful area of common land called the Allt which has a bridle way over the top following Gyndwrs Way. A fantastic place for a gallop and some breath taking 360o views from the top.

If you feel like a full day exploring 10 mins in the trailer and you can be at the Rainbow Trails in the Dyfnant Forest. The Rainbow trails offer some amazing bridle ways with miles of off-road riding and spectacular views. These trails have corals and picnic benches so you really can have a full day exploring the forest whilst soaking up the beautiful Welsh countryside.

We offer the use of a field with fresh water and can provide hay on request. We ask the horses be fully vaccinated and wormed and that you have public liability insurance before you arrive. The field they would stay in is adjacent to the glamping field so you can keep a close eye on your trusted steed.

Please contact us if you would like to make arrangements to bring your horse/s and we will do our best to accommodate.

We love our local hacking and know we are very lucky to have such amazing rides on our doorstep and would love you to enjoy it too.

Why not bring a friend?
